Tim Robertson

Tim has a career in business development and management spanning 25 years during which time he has been a top performing sales director in the Medical and Healthcare Sectors, established and run courses on sales and management within the many varied business sectors and trained at a number of top management colleges. Tim specializes in Sales, Business Development and Management Training and Coaching to a wide variety of different sectors.

Tim is generally considered to be a leading authority on his subject and was recently asked to Judge the prestigious UK National Sales Awards. He is also contributing to the government-sponsored body, the MSSSB, involved in setting national standards for Sales throughout the UK.

Tim is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner and was one of the trainers involved in the first NLP Practitioner course for Henley Management College. He is also certified by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) for providing courses in sales and management up to Degree Level.

Richard White

Richard is a highly experienced business consultant and coach with a successful track record in solution selling and developing key accounts spanning 13 years. Richard specialises in sales managing effectiveness and sales management development. He has successfully coached and mentored many sales managers to sales director level and through coaching and mentoring enables sales managers to achieve significant and measurable growth without the need for formal sales training.

Richard is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Master Coach, and NLP Mater Modeller. He has been trained by the founders and leaders in NLP. Richard has a passion for NLP Modelling and amongst his accomplishments include: models for door-to-door Selling, Storytelling for Lead generation, Impromptu speaking, and Key Account Development. He is also highly skilled at drawing out and facilitating cross-learning of key skills within a sales team.

Richard is an author and regular speaker on Soft Selling and overcoming sales reluctance. He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management where he specialised in the Sales and Marketing of Services. Richard is also a member of the ISMM.

Katerina Rose

Katerina is known by our clients for her enthusiasm and energy for people development and for creating stimulating and enjoyable learning environments.

Katerina worked for over nine years in the pharmaceutical industry in Sales and Management where she achieved outstanding success and recognition as ‘Salesperson of the Year’ for her consistently high sales growth.

Katerina is a qualified Business and Master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (trained by both the co-founders of NLP), and now specialises in helping people achieve business and personal success in Leadership, Influencing, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, and Relationship Management.

Katerina is seen as an authority in the area of Emotional Intelligence and has developed stimulating Leadership programmes with an emphasis on the practical application of this model with a number of corporations throughout the UK and abroad.

Katerina is a committee Member of the Sales Training Association (STA) and holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching with Newcastle College and has worked with a long list of clients, which includes; KPMG, Johnson and Johnson, Citigroup, Lloyds TSB, Roche, Astra Zeneca, Novartis, Siemens and the NHS to name a few.
